Taste test: A Foodie in Mallorca

I’ll never be one to follow diets or even restrain myself from certain foods. I am always trying new recipes, always ordering intriguing, new dishes.

So it’s no wonder that during my vacation in Mallorca, I indulged in savory meals paying attention not to calories, but to ingredients and quantities. My body, my temple, right?!

Naturally, I treated myself with goodies after touring La Seu cathedral and the Old City in Palma de Mallorca…

and ended my evenings at the chicest beach bar, Surf Camp, tasting all sorts of fruity cocktails and… cafes con leche in AWESOME PORCELAIN DISTRESSED GLASSES

But what about sweets and pastries, you may ask. I confess I was all about fruits that week but I did try and highly recommend their ensaimadas, 100% representative for Mallorca!
